Our minimum age requirement is 16 years of age.

For clients, aged Under 18 years of age we will insist on a signed parental consent form. 

No. Under no circumstances will a client share a booking or session with another client. Our sessions are strictly private and one-to-one. Think of your PT session like your GP visit, completely private and confidential. One coach and one client at any one time.

We accept the following methods of payment –

  • Cash
  • Card
  • Online Bank Transfer

We take bookings up to a week in advance. This means that at any given time you can book a session for the current week and also for the coming week.

Our schedules are released on a Monday morning and are offered on a first come, first served basis.

We operate a 12 hour cancellation policy for bookings. If we are given notice of a cancellation over 12 hours from your scheduled Personal Training session, you won’t lose that session and we will happily reschedule it for you at a later date.

For any session cancelled less than 12 hours from the scheduled time of your session, that session will be lost and will be deducted from your total remaining sessions.

Yes. Although our packages are advertised in 4 and 8 week blocks, when a client buys a package, they are actually purchasing the given amount of sessions. i.e.

2 sessions x 30 minutes x 4 weeks = 2 sessions x 4 weeks = 8 sessions.

The client is purchasing 8 sessions and there is no limit/expiry date to complete all 8 sessions.

 

In the event, of a client cancelling or “freezing” a package as a result of illness, we do require a doctor’s note as proof.

Yes. Absolutely.

A full and detailed assessment is included in every package and weekly weigh-in’s can be arranged for any client if they wish.

In general practice, we record a client’s weight at the beginning, the mid-point and the end of a package for a client.
