What are your opening hours?

Monday – Thursday 6am – 10pm

Friday 6am – 9pm

Saturday 7am – 1pm

Sunday/Bank Holidays Closed


Is there a minimum age requirement for signing up to Personal Training?

We accept clients from 16+ years of age. 


Will I be sharing the centre and equipment with others during my session?

No, personal training with us is completely private and confidential. This is what sets us apart from others. Your booking ensures you are the only client in the centre at that time. All sessions are strictly coach and client ONLY.


What methods of payment do you we accept?

Clients can pay by cash, cheque or via PayPal online.


How can I book my Personal Training Sessions?

Sessions can be booked face-to-face with your trainer, by phone, text, WhatsApp message, email or via our social media accounts i.e. Facebook, Instagram or Snapchat.


Is there parking available on-site?

FREE Parking is available to our clients.


Are there changing facilities & bathroom facilities on-site?

Yes, we have changing facilities and bathroom facilities on-site for customer/client use only.


Do I lose my remaining sessions if I have an injury?

No, sessions can be “froze” if you cant make them due to injury. However, we do request a doctor’s note.


Can I choose which trainer/coach I want to train with?

Of course. You can request a certain member of staff for any/all of your sessions. We have both male and female trainers/coaches.


Is it possible to train with a friend/partner? 

Yes, we offer “buddy training” packages, whereby you can train with a friend/partner in a 2:1 – client/coach session. Check out the “Services” tab above, for more information.
