“I started training with the guys earlier this year with a 6 week package. I was getting really fed up with my unhealthy lifestyle due to the pressures of college. I had been with a number of Personal Trainers previously and found no real progress was being made. From meeting Mark on Day One, he had an effective plan in place for me.
Every session was tailored to me personally. I was being challenged like I never had before and as a result began to see benefits and progress quickly. No session was the same. I used to always dread going to PT sessions  but the amount of energy I have since starting here is phenomenal. I am really comfortable training with Mark and the lads and they regularly check in on my diet and give me extra training and nutrition tips.
On completion I had the motivation and confidence to join a public gym and use the skills and techniques I learned from the lads myself, as well as continuing to train twice a week with Mark. Professionalism and dedication springs to mind instantly when reviewing this team. I have never seen changes in myself like this before. I can’t recommend JLPTC enough. The results really speak for themselves. I still have a long way to go but I know the JLPTC team will get me there!”

“I started training with Jerry back in January to challenge myself outside my comfort zone. I have never trusted a coach to get me this stage as much as I have with Jerry. Unlike many others who try PT – I have always been a regular gym goer & played many sports. However I always lacked that “extra push” and “commitment” needed to stick to a plan!
Jerry has been exceptional. He has stood by me and supported me since day one and has made me feel like his only client. His commitment and passion for what he does is second to none. “I’ve just completed a 12 week program with Jerry and the lads and it has been a very positive experience. To start, the lads are very approachable and personable. This made the transition from the couch very easy! That first step which is normally the hardest became much easier.
Jerry designed a custom weight loss plan for me that addressed both my diet and exercise. All of the lads were up to date and spot on with my progress from session to session. All I had to do was show up!
I found the lads to be extremely reliable, dedicated and supportive. They were with me every step of every session. As a result, I have lost 21 kilograms. I’m now running long distances for fun!! Never thought I’d see the day again.
I would thoroughly recommend JLPTC to anyone looking to change their lives for the better (both physically and mentally!)

“I can honestly say this has been the best thing I have done for both my mental and physical health!
Following a few months training with Jerry and his colleagues in the run p to my sisters wedding, I saw fantastic results and I just wanted to bring everything with both my food and exercise to get the best results possible! It’s amazing what you can achieve with the right guidance and trust. I was pushed every single session to get the very best form me.
I must give a special mention to Jerry. Each week he adjusted my food, water, supplementation and exercise to ensure I got the best results. He kept in constant contact with me to be sure everything was on plan. I loved the attention to detail and the explanation and information behind every adjustment.
I am in the best shape of my life, mostly thanks to Jerry. Those last few weeks, in particular, in the lead up to my shoot, he kept me very motivated with his pep talks and he made my goal so achievable for me. I’m so grateful.

“It’s unreal just to feel good and healthy again!” – Kevin

“I had never trained before, I enjoyed 3-4 nights out per week and my eating habits were OK, at best. With a career move (form Cork) to Dublin coming up, I felt it was the perfect time, and reason, I needed to reach out to someone for help and invest in an experienced coach that I could trust and count on.
I contacted Jerry and we had a good chat over a coffee at our initial consultation. We discussed the timeline before the big move to Dublin. Jerry asked me what I wanted to achieve and importantly why I wanted to achieve my goals. I felt this was very worthwhile and effective and instantly focused me on the task at hand. We discussed nutrition, hydration, sleep, energy, mindset, work, stress, motivation and my goals. From here, together, we devised a suitable and practical plan.
8 weeks passed. 8 weeks of just 3 3o minute PT sessions per week, some walking and swimming in my own time, plenty water and plenty good healthy nutritious food. Today, I stand (with far better posture) over a stone lighter and a massive 23 inches leaner! That includes 6 inches off my waist line! My general lifestyle has improved dramatically. I have bundles of energy, my sleep and mood has also improved. I’ve never felt so well and so confident. It’s unreal just to feel good and healthy again!!

“Going to Private Personal Training is definitely a game changer for me!” – Michaela

“I started Personal Training in January with Mark and Jerry and I can honestly say I have enjoyed every single session. Since joining Keelan has joined the lads and he is equally as good. I’m not sure how the lads feel me cursing and complaining but that’s just proof that they are pushing me which is a good thing, and exactly what I wanted.
When I started initially, I certainly was not in a good place mentally or physically. I hadn’t exercised regularly in about 2 years. I suffer from chronic depression and had been falling in and out of it for years. As a result I put on a lot of weight. Starting PT with the lads and following a meal plan which Mark designed for me, really led me to turn a corner. Mark’s plan was very easy to follow and ensured I changed my relationship with food and I now have little to no cravings for the foods I used to eat.
I can’t really explain what training with these great lads has done for me, not only do I look a lot better, but I’m so much better when it comes to my mental health. I genuinely don’t know what I’d do if I didn’t have personal training to look forward to – it’s a complete distraction for me from my usual and everyday stresses. Going to the gym can be terrifying. You’re constantly self conscious, but going to private personal training is definitely a game changer for me. I’m not sure how I’ll ever thank Mark, Jerry & Keelan for what they’ve done for me. I feel like a completely different person.

“Just myself and Ali and the entire gym to ourselves!” – Kate

“I have absolutely loved my PT sessions with Alison and the lads. I have been to the gym before and I did enjoy it but I never felt I was pushing myself enough and as a result never really saw the progress and achieved the results I wanted.
The one to one training is definitely the difference and a much better fix for me. I didn’t realise until I arrived for my free consultation Day One just how private the PT sessions are. Just myself and Ali and the entire gym to ourselves! I instantly felt so much more comfortable in this setting, to try new things and challenge myself like never before.
Alison is showing me just how much I can achieve with proper structure to my training and nutrition. In a short period of time I can already see obvious changes in my body, something I had lost hope on achieving before signing up with these guys. My overall fitness is greatly improving also.
I would 100% recommend PT with Alison and have enjoyed it so much from the beginning that I have signed up for a further 8 weeks. Thank you Alison and Jerry – an amazing team!

“My only regret is that I didn’t start earlier – The lads are just BRILLIANT!” – Darren

“I still can’t believe it’s me!! Both the training plans with the lads and nutrition plan designed by Jerry were spot on and so effective and worked out brilliantly well for me. I’m literally caught for words – I’m down over FIVE STONE and completed this photo shoot to push myself far outside my comfort zone – what an experience!!
I started to notice changes and small differences pretty soon after starting with Jerry and his team but I could never have expected or imagined the extent of the journey I’d go on with the lads by my side, every step of the way and the progress we’d make, together! I can’t wait to continue working with the lads and take further progress pictures in time to come. I’m stronger than ever yet slimmer and leaner than ever! My only regret is that I didn’t start earlier! The lads are just brilliant!!
Jerry and Mark could not have been more supportive, making sure I was fully healed from a torn muscle in my chest prior to starting. In the early stages, they showed perfect attention to detail to nurse the minor injury back to full strength and adapted training accordingly throughout. The lads pushed my unbelievable training sessions. Everyone thought I was over-doing it and wasn’t eating properly when in fact nothing could be further from the truth! I enjoyed my food more than ever, I had never felt so energetic, strong, fit and confident. I have lost 33 kilos and gained some genuine lean muscle mass. I would highly, highly recommend the lads to anyone and everyone, whatever your goal.
