“I had never trained before, I enjoyed 3-4 nights out per week and my eating habits were OK, at best. With a career move (form Cork) to Dublin coming up, I felt it was the perfect time, and reason, I needed to reach out to someone for help and invest in an experienced coach that I could trust and count on.
I contacted Jerry and we had a good chat over a coffee at our initial consultation. We discussed the timeline before the big move to Dublin. Jerry asked me what I wanted to achieve and importantly why I wanted to achieve my goals. I felt this was very worthwhile and effective and instantly focused me on the task at hand. We discussed nutrition, hydration, sleep, energy, mindset, work, stress, motivation and my goals. From here, together, we devised a suitable and practical plan.
8 weeks passed. 8 weeks of just 3 3o minute PT sessions per week, some walking and swimming in my own time, plenty water and plenty good healthy nutritious food. Today, I stand (with far better posture) over a stone lighter and a massive 23 inches leaner! That includes 6 inches off my waist line! My general lifestyle has improved dramatically. I have bundles of energy, my sleep and mood has also improved. I’ve never felt so well and so confident. It’s unreal just to feel good and healthy again!!
