“After booking a 6 week trip to America I decided it was time to finally start getting in to decent shape again… After a quick chat with Jerry I decided to sign up for a 6 week package with him. Having never done personal training before I was quite nervous starting out but was put at ease straight away. These sessions were always challenging but always very enjoyable. The hour always flew and Jerry genuinely does put the ‘personal’ in personal training… I’ve never felt stronger than I do now and never thought I’d feel as happy with my physique as I do. I’ll definitely be signing up again once I return home. There was no rash or strict dieting, Jerry actually encouraged me to eat what I usually ate but thought me about portion control, tracking my food, the importance of balance and variation and encouraged plenty water intake and rest. I put my progress down to just hard training, watching what I ate and constant support and motivation. I loved every minute of training, always felt very comfortable at The Centre and used to always look forward to the hour. Looking forward to getting back to it in September already!
